At Office1, we pride ourselves in being industry experts. As an authorized dealer for Ricoh, we take our valued partnership seriously and believe these products are among the best available. For 10 years, we have been challenged to maintain our expert level as a Ricoh dealer, and each year, we have achieved the prestigious Ricoh Circle of Excellence award. This 11th year, we are proud to announce we have achieved Ricoh’s ProVision 2024 award!

 

What is ProVision 2024?

 

The ProVision award is a revamped, revitalized version of Circle of Excellence. It continues to highlight the extensive knowledge service technicians have of all Ricoh machinery, serving as a true testament to their expertise as certified Ricoh technicians. This achievement is awarded to just 20% of certified Ricoh dealers out of around 300 businesses across the US, and we could not be more honored to have accomplished this standard.

 

Our Journey to Becoming Your Trusted Ricoh Provision Dealer

 

The ProVision Award Requires the Following Criteria Be Met and Reported on to Be Considered:

 

Dealership Overall GPA


Office1 currently employs roughly 50 service technicians. They are each required to take courses in the Ricoh Learning Institute based on technology, solutions and service. The overall GPA of these 50 techs must be 70% or greater. Office1 maintains a strong GPA of over 90%.

 

Training % 2 per purchased model

 

For every Ricoh machine sold in the last 36 months, we are required to have at least 2 techs trained on each to qualify. Our techs have taken part in numerous trainings over the years, but that was especially honed in on during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because most of our customers were not able to use their offices, our techs did not have many service calls. Rather than waiting for life to go back to normal, they tested themselves daily on every Ricoh machine to refine their skills. 93% of our techs are trained on all machines we have sold.

 

Ricoh Product Safety Incident Reporting

 

Our service techs must receive at least an 85% or higher on this course. 100% of Office1’s technicians are wholly trained on product safety and incident reporting.

 

Total Trained Technicians 

 

We are required to have at least 60% or more Ricoh certified technicians based on mandatory trainings. We far exceed the amount of trained Ricoh technicians with 92% being fully certified.

 

@Remote Registered Dealer with Connected Devices

 

@Remote is software available on all Ricoh MFPs. It automatically provides us with remote meter reads and maintenance alerts. 100% of Office1 technicians are trained on the embedded @Remote product and we currently have 13,905 @Remote connected customer devices!

 

ARMs (Advanced Remote Mobile system) Training


This software provides “remote access to a device’s information — including error history, PM counters, firmware version history and basic machine information — increasing the likelihood of a first-time fix and helping to extend the life of {the} device”. The dealership must have 75% or more technicians trained on this system. Office1’s technicians maintain 100% training on ARMs.

 

Service Parts Training

 

100% of our technicians are fully trained on certified Ricoh machine replacement parts.

 

Must be a Sole Source Dealer

 

Office1 only utilizes Ricoh for certified replacement parts and supplies for Ricoh machines.
