What Is Ricoh ProVision 2026?

 

Ricoh ProVision 2026 certification is awarded to dealerships that meet strict training, service, compliance, and performance standards.

 

Only the top 60 ranked Ricoh dealerships out of approximately 300nationwide earn this designation.

 

To qualify, dealers must satisfy rigorous requirements across:

 

    • Technician GPA performance
    • Model-specific training coverage
    • Safety and compliance standards
    • Product modification completion
    • Remote systems certification
    • Administrative registration requirements

 

This certification recognizes the measurable expertise of certified Ricoh technicians and the operational strength behind the service organization supporting them.

 

This is not a participation award. It is earned through documented performance.

Earning ProVision status requires documented performance across multiple measurable categories. Office1 continues to exceed required thresholds in every area.

 

Dealership Overall GPA

 

Office1 employs approximately 50 service technicians, all required to complete solutions training through the Ricoh Learning Institute.

 

Our technicians maintain an overall GPA of over 95 percent, significantly exceeding the required minimum of 70 percent.

 

This reflects a culture of continuous training and technical mastery.

 

Training Coverage Per Purchased Model

 

For every Ricoh machine sold within the last 36 months, at least two technicians must be trained on each model to qualify.

 

Office1 maintains 100 percent technician training coverage across all models sold.

Ricoh Product Safety Incident Reporting

 

Technicians must score 85 percent or higher on Ricoh’s product safety and incident reporting certification.

To qualify for ProVision, dealerships must maintain at least 60 percent Ricoh-certified technicians.

@Remote Registered Dealer With Connected Devices 

 

Ricoh’s @Remote software provides automatic meter readings, maintenance alerts, and advanced device diagnostics across customer environments.

 

Office1 maintains tens of thousands of connected customer devices registered through @Remote, enabling real-time visibility into equipment performance and service needs.

 

Our technicians are fully trained on this system, allowing for proactive service, predictive maintenance, and significantly faster response times.

 

ARMS (Advanced Remote Mobile System) Training

 

ARMS provides remote access to critical device data, including:

 

    • Error history
    • Firmware history
    • Preventive maintenance counters
    • Machine diagnostics

 

Dealerships must maintain at least 75 percent technician training on ARMS. Office1 maintains 100 percent ARMS training compliance.

 

This increases first-time fix rates and reduces customer downtime.

 

Service Parts Training

 

All technicians complete rigorous training on certified Ricoh replacement parts.

 

As a sole source dealer partner, Office1 exclusively uses genuine Ricoh parts and supplies. This ensures consistency, manufacturer-backed performance, and long-term device reliability.

 

External Directory Registration

 

Office1 is fully registered within Ricoh’s External Directory system and maintains designated administrators beyond the minimum requirement.

 

PMR Compliance

 

All safety-related Product Modification Requests must be completed within the calendar year to qualify.

 

Office1 maintains full PMR compliance year after year.
