A different manufacturer’s brand meant the office would need to adjust to new print drivers, a crucial concern in the fast-paced real estate industry where downtime is unacceptable. To ensure a smooth transition from their old machines to the new ones, meticulous planning was required to avoid any interruption in service. Our service techs coordinated with the new vendor-Ricoh-to preconfigure all the new machines, so they could be plugged in and used immediately upon installation. Thanks to the dedication of our techs and their awareness of the urgency, the entire transition was completed seamlessly within one day.

Affordable, Robust IT Services
The real estate office was particularly excited about two new features: Follow Me Print and Ricoh Smart Integration (RSI). Follow Me Print enables agents to send a job to the cloud and print it from any machine, eliminating the previous limitation of being tied to a single copier. RSI simplifies guest printing by allowing them to email documents and print them immediately, bypassing the need to download print drivers. Additionally, RSI provides the office with the ability to monitor individual print volumes. Previously, there was no way to track or bill back printing costs, but now they can implement a billing structure based on each agent’s printing usage if desired.
The real estate office, which is linked to the title office, opted for separate contracts due to their distinct ownership. The title office has 1 machine, while the larger real estate office uses the remaining fleet. Office1 was able to utilize separate contracts seamlessly, so the client had exactly what they were looking for.
