Frustrated, the firm turned to Office1, their copier management team for several years. Office1 promptly conducted an IT Health Check to assess the firm's network condition and develop a customized plan. The evaluation revealed outdated antivirus and antispyware software, no enforced password policy, and unrestricted access to nefarious websites and social media. Additionally, Office1 discovered that the previous IT team had failed to properly offboard former employees, leaving some with access to the firm's server.
 Office1 immediately implemented security updates to strengthen the network's defenses. We established a strategic onboarding and offboarding system to ensure only authorized personnel could access the server. Additionally, Office1 provided Network Attached Storage (NAS) to allow the firm to store all their past and present case files, as well as larger-scale police bodycam videos.
