What will happen to my current contract with Nevada Office Machines?
All contracts, terms and conditions will stay the same.
Your invoices will now come from Office1 and your bills will be payable to Office1. The address for sending invoices will change to the Office1 Corporate Office at 720 S 4th Street Las Vegas, NV 89101. Please contact your representative or email support@office1.com for additional information.

Your customer service number, contracts, terms and conditions will stay the same.
We've transitioned the call center into Office1’s state of the art facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. In addition to the field tech you already know, you'll have full access to our remote team of technology experts available to aid your team and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
When will the partnership begin?
This partnership will slowly roll out over 60 days, with the transition completed by the end of December.
