No changes are needed. Office1 proudly provides award-winning service for Ricoh devices and is recognized as a premier Ricoh partner. Your current equipment will continue to be fully supported by our certified technicians, ensuring the same great performance you’re used to — with even more resources behind it.
Do I need to re-sign any paperwork or update my contracts?
No. Your existing contracts and terms remain valid. There is no need to re-sign anything.
Is there training available for the customer portals?
Yes. We offer onboarding support and a full Knowledge Base with videos and step-by-step instructions. For personalized assistance, our support team is happy to help.
Will my billing cycle or payment terms change?
No. Your billing cycle, payment terms, and rates remain exactly the same. Only the invoice layout has changed.
Can I still place service and supply requests the same way?
Yes. You can continue using the same phone numbers and email addresses.
Will my support contacts or service team change?
No. You’ll continue working with the same trusted GOMCO team, now supported by Office1’s broader service infrastructure, including remote diagnostics and extended technical resources.
How long will this transition take?
The transition has already taken place behind the scenes. There is no action required from you to continue receiving uninterrupted service.
Will GOMCO remain at the same physical location?
No, GOMCO has relocated as of April 23, 2025. Our new address is:
