For the fifth consecutive year, our team here at Office1 is honored to receive the Ricoh Circle of Excellence award for 2019! Year after year, this award has directly represented our efforts to constantly go above and beyond to provide a customer experience that is next to none, and this year is no different.

What It Takes
The Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award is one of the most prestigious honors to receive in the business electronics industry. Out of 400 Ricoh U.S. dealerships, Office1 is one of the select few to receive this remarkable achievement based off our commitment to service excellence. However, the qualifications for this reward go beyond our proven track record- in order to be considered into Ricoh’s circle of excellence, dealerships must meet specific standards across a number of categories.
Size and Service
In order to be eligible, a business must to be of a certain size and customer service excellence level. To be nominated, Office1 must treat their customers with a certain level of consistency and distinction. Office1 met this criteria, and Ricoh recognized this service by nominating us for this award.
After Office1 was nominated, select team members were required to complete a challenging exam intended to grade their knowledge and proficiencies in outstanding service practices. Being as it was our fifth nomination, our team knew exactly what they were up against. They devoted a considerable amount of time outside of their regular duties to prepare for this exam, and their efforts ultimately paid off. Our team members earned one of the highest average scores out of any office tech dealer in the country!
For the last phase, Office1 was required to submit evidence to the reward committee that detailed our excellent service track record. We provided information on our employee training initiatives, technology innovations to better enhance customer experience, service call records and descriptions, aggregated office statistics, and more all proving. Based off our team’s test results and our service records, the award committee was able to review our performance holistically and make their final decision.
