Making the Grade
The Ricoh Circle of Excellence Award is one of the most prestigious honors a dealership can receive in the office technology industry. From the 400 Ricoh U.S. dealerships, Office1 is in the select few to earn this remarkable recognition based off our commitment to service excellence. To qualify, Office1 was tasked with showing our proven track record of meeting specific standards across a number of categories.
Size and Service
In order to be eligible, a business must to be of a certain size and customer service excellence level. Ricoh's nomination and recognition for this achievement showcases Office1's passion for providing top quality customer service with an unwavering consistency.
After earning our nomination, select Office1 team members were required to complete a challenging exam intended to grade their knowledge and proficiencies in outstanding service practices. Our team members earned one of the highest average scores amongst office technology dealers in the country!
For the final phase, Office1 was required to submit evidence to the reward committee detailing Office1's excellent service track record. We provided background on our employee training initiatives, technology innovations to better enhance the customer experience, service call records and descriptions, aggregated office statistics, and more.. With this information along with our team’s test results, the award committee was able to review our annual performance and make their final decision.
