Office1 is happy to introduce Jessica McMillin as Orange County Sales Manager. With more than 6.5 years of experience with Xerox and Kyocera, McMillin says she’s excited to put a plan in place to build and unite her growing team, teach customer engagement techniques and drive net new business.
She says Office1’s consistent and continued growth along with the opportunities for advancement were huge driving factors behind her decision to join Office1.
McMillan says generating new business while staying engaged with current customers to build strong relationships and loyalty will be a pivotal point for success. “I want my team to have a focus for bringing in new business while staying hands-on and involved with our customer’s account reviews. Our customers need to be up to date with the latest and greatest as well be aware of any new service that we provide. I’ve been very successful because I’ve known every single one of my customers inside and out, I built great relationships with them, and I was able to generate great referrals. I plan on coaching and building my team with these proven techniques.”
McMillin will be reporting to Vice President of Sales Danny Benbenek who says her unique skill will bring new levels of innovative ideas to Office1, “Jessica will be responsible for implementing and managing sales activities, identifying new market opportunities, and generating increased revenue and profit.Although Jessica may not have quite as many years of experience as some of her team members, she is tenacious, smart, personable, and seems to have no fear. She will bring new ideas and new energy and she will likely show some of us old dogs a few new tricks.”
During her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and miniature dachshund named Vienna Sausage. Together, they go on trips to local dog parks, dog beaches and dachshund meetups.
