Office1 is looking for a Technical Support Representative to serves customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and installing automated meter system on devices while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as technical and information liaison between IT, operations, vendors, sales, and end users.
  • Trains clients in the use of automated meter software, responsible for ensuring software is reporting daily.

Requirements:

  • GED or high school diploma
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Exceptional computer skills and knowledge of software updates
  • Excellent technical, problem solving and analytic skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Works well in a team environment
