Office1 is looking for a Technical Support Representative to serves customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting and installing automated meter system on devices while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Serves as technical and information liaison between IT, operations, vendors, sales, and end users.
- Trains clients in the use of automated meter software, responsible for ensuring software is reporting daily.
- GED or high school diploma
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Exceptional computer skills and knowledge of software updates
- Excellent technical, problem solving and analytic skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
